Had it not been for Covid-19, the participants in Stella Maris – the Apostleship of the Sea) would be gathering in Glasgow, Scotland for their world Congress later this week. Instead, there will be a virtual Centenary Mass at 3 p.m. (UK Time) on Sunday, October 4, 2020.

The Mass will be celebrated by Archbishop Philip Tartaglia of Glasgow and live-streamed at https://www.stellamaris.org.uk/centenarymass.

Following is the letter sent ahead of the event by Cardinal Peter Turkson, Prefect of the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Stella Maris.
